With the newly elected Board of Directors now established we will meet as written in the By-Laws, the first Sunday of each month. This meeting will begin at 1:00 PM on Sunday, 10-03-2010. Anyone wishing to reserve space on the agenda for discussion,Letters of Intent,etc. Please do so by Friday night at 8:00PM. I can print your topic of business for you as it must have copies for all Board members to follow . or bring 6 copies with you.
Anyone wishing to attend the meeting can contact either Wally Buice wallybuice@sbcglobal.net or Howard Rotsch ebonezer@ix.netcom.com to reseve a seat for the meeting.
